State-based exchange (SBE) states — including CA, CO, CT, DC, ID, KY, MA, MD, ME, MN, NJ, NM, NV, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, and WA — currently use 2025 plan year data. Drug formulary and provider directory data is not available for SBE states because CMS does not publish machine-readable formulary files for these exchanges. Plan search, premiums, benefits, and service areas are fully available.
